Information Technology provides network printing for faculty, staff, student employees and affiliates.  A networked printer allows multiple computers to print to a single printer.

JMU faculty, staff, student employees and affiliates.

How can I get this Service?

Submit a Setup and Installation Request to have a new network printer setup, remove a network printer, or change the location or default configuration of a network printer.

What is the turnaround time to process my request?
Information Technology strives to contact the requester within 3 business days. Variables such as high-volume periods (such as the start of a semester) can influence turnaround time.
