Network Printing

Information Technology provides network printing to faculty, staff and student employees.  A networked printer allows multiple computers to print to a single printer.

Network Printing Setup and Installation Request

  • The Setup and Installation Request form is to request a new network printer setup, remove a network printer, or change location or default configuration of a network printer.  Information Technology strives to contact the requester within 3 business days. Variables such as high-volume periods (such as the start of a semester) can influence turnaround time.

Connecting your Computer to a Network Printer

Once the printer has been setup and configured through the above request, locate the Equipment Service Number (ESN), the blue service tag on the network printer(s) you wish to use and follow the installation instructions below:
