All Information Technology Systems Unavailable

On Sunday, March 4, 2012,  Information Technology will be performing network system upgrades and maintenance that will affect all computer systems on campus.  All network access and computer systems will be unavailable beginning at 4:30am Sunday morning with all services to be restored by noon.  This includes the JMU Homepage, www.jmu.edu, the Exchange E-mail system, all PeopleSoft/Oracle applications and access to the Internet.  The JMU Homepage, www.jmu.edu, the Exchange E-mail system and the Internet will be the first systems to have services restored, tentatively by 10:30am.  A computing alert will be posted on the JMU Computing Website, www.jmu.edu/computing, when the work is complete and all services are restored.
