Inserting Audio Files

To add sound to your presentation select Insert>Movies and Sounds>Sound from file. Locate the audio file you want to place in your presentation and click Insert.

You can also insert a sound or sound file from Microsoft's ClipArt/Sound gallery by choosing Insert>Movies and Sounds>Sound from Galleryand selecting the audio file.
