Opening and Viewing Your Contacts Folder (address books)

The Contacts component in Outlook is a complete contact management program that integrates with other Outlook components.  It allows you to manage your contact list, correspond with your contacts, and track contact correspondence.  The default view in the Contacts folder is the Address Cards view, which displays each contact on an address card.  You can open the Contacts folder from the Outlook Bar, from the Folder List, or by using the menu commands.
