Undeleting a Deleted Message Stored in an IMAP Folder
Undeleting messages that were previously marked for deletion on an IMAP server is a very simple process.

Click the IMAP folder on the Outlook Bar or folder list.

Select the deleted message you want to undelete.

Click Edit>Undelete from the file menu or you can right-click on the message and select undelete from the shortcut menu.
