Creating WordArt Objects
You can use WordArt to create a graphic text object. Such text can be used for company logos, text advertisements, and newsletters.
WordArt is an application that can run only within a companion program (such as Word); it cannot run independently. As a result, WordArt cannot create its own files. Each object created in WordArt becomes a part of the Office file in which it is embedded.
To create a WordArt text object, you start WordArt, select a WordArt style, and then type and format the WordArt text.
Once a WordArt object is embedded in a document, you must open WordArt to make changes to the text and formatting. You can use tools available on the WordArt toolbar to format the WordArt object or make changes to the WordArt text.
