By clicking on Preferences in the Navigational Sidebar you can adjust your personal preferences from the system default. 

Be sure to add your full name & signature - it is not automatically added.  Because the first line of the signature appears directly below the last line of the body of your message, you may want to include several blank lines before typing your signature.

Check out the Preferences section of Webmail Help for specific information on your choices.   Please don't change preferences you don't understand.
