Course Completion Certificate

What is the course completion certificate?

IT Training developed an internal course completion certificate for JMU employees who complete the specific Microsoft Office 2003 courses that we provide. The software includes Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

How do I get the certificate?

We host an annual event to award the certificates to everyone who completed the courses related to the specific software. The table below shows the course levels for each software.

Example: If you completed the Basic, Intermediate and Advanced courses for Word, you will receive a Word 2003 course completion certificate during the annual event.

When is the annual event held?

The event occurs in December in the IT Training Center. That location is the same place where you attend the Office 2003 couses. We will send invitations to everyone who completed the specific Office 2003 courses.

What if I cannot attend the annual event?

We will deliver the certificate(s) to you in your office.
