Requirements for Access

For eVA:

• Complete the eVA Acceptable Use Acknowledgement Form
  
  
• Complete the the eVA Access Request Form
  
  
• Click on the Calendar & Registration Form link at the left for the schedule.
  
  

For FacilityFocus:

• Complete and sign the IIS Access Control Form and submit to the appropriate person.
  
  
• Attend an FacilityFocus for Work Order Request training session.
  
  
• Click on the Calendar & Registration Form link at the left for the schedule.
  
  

For Finance:

• Complete and sign the IIS Access Control Form and submit to the appropriate person (indicated at the top of the form). This form must include your organization number.
  
  
• Attend a Finance Overview session. You will receive your password at training.
  
  
• Click on the Calendar & Registration Form link at the left for the schedule.
  
  

For Human Resources Management System (HRMS):

• Attend an HRMS Overview session. Training is required before access is granted.
  
  
• Complete and sign the IIS Access Control Form and submit to the appropriate person (indicated at the top of the form). This form must include your job responsibilities.
  
  
• Click on the Calendar & Registration Form link at the left for the schedule.
  
  

For Students Administration:

• Attend an SA Overview session. Training is required before access is granted.
  
  
• Complete and sign the IIS Access Control Form and submit to the appropriate person (indicated at the top of the form). This form must include your job responsibilities.
  
  
• Click on the Calendar & Registration Form link at the left for the schedule.
