VPN Client Profile Import instructions for Windows Vista

Note: Supported Versions of Windows Vista are Business, Ultimate and Enterprise (JMU-owned computers only)

Access the VPN client Profiles by clicking here
  1. In the Connect to secureweb.jmu.edu window provide your JMU e-ID and password, click OK.



  2. In the File Download window click Open .



  3. In the Internet Explorer - Security Warning window click Allow



  4. Drag and Drop the Profile on to the Desktop.



  5. Navigate using Start button and click on VPN Client.



  6. In the VPN Client window click on Import button, browse to the Desktop select the Profile and click Open.





  7. Click OK (if you have old profiles in the VPN Client click Overwrite and then OK).
