Blue Screen Stop Error when computer sits idle

Situation:
After migrating to Netware 6.5, computer receives a blue screen "STOP" error message whenever the computer sits idle (not in use) for a period of time. Typically the issue occurs when the computer is sitting idle at the Netware/Windows login prompt. The computer must be manually rebooted.

Solution:
If you experience the issue above, please contact the HelpDesk in order to obtain an available software patch/fix.
