How to Import addresses in Excel to Webmail

  • Open the address list in Excel
  • Edit your document so it appears like the below picture
  • Make sure the column headings are the same as in the picture





  • Goto the File Menu and choose the save as option
  • In the 'Save As' window choose 'CSV (Comma delimited)(*.csv)' as the file type
  • Name the file to your liking and click Save





  • Two error messages will appear as below. Click 'Ok' to both of them







  • Open Webmail and go to the Address Book
  • Choose the Import/Export link





  • Leave the type at .CSV and click the Browse button





  • Locate the saved .csv file and click Open





  • Now click the Import Now button





  • When the import is complete your Address Book will appear with the new addresses
