How to Import addresses in Excel to Webmail
- Open the address list in Excel
- Edit your document so it appears like the below picture
- Make sure the column headings are the same as in the picture

- Goto the File Menu and choose the save as option
- In the 'Save As' window choose 'CSV (Comma delimited)(*.csv)' as the file type
- Name the file to your liking and click Save

- Two error messages will appear as below. Click 'Ok' to both of them


- Open Webmail and go to the Address Book
- Choose the Import/Export link

- Leave the type at .CSV and click the Browse button

- Locate the saved .csv file and click Open

- Now click the Import Now button
- When the import is complete your Address Book will appear with the new addresses
