Please have Microsoft Outlook configured and working properly before following these directions!

Transferring an individual or several selected e-mails

  • Open Outlook to view files and folders located on the e-mail server and on your personal machine





  • Locate the folder containing the e-mail(s) you would like to move, select the messages, then right click on one, and select Move To Folder...





  • You will now be given a choice where to move the file(s)
  • Select the folder and click OK





  • Browse to the selected folder to verify the files has properly transferred









Transferring a folder

  • Find the folder that you would like to move, right click it, and select Move "Folder Name"...





  • Select a folder to transfer to





  • Find the transferred folder and verify the move
