Frontpage 2002: My Active Directory site exists in Frontpage, but I cannot browse to it
Problem:
Your Active Directory web site exists and you can see the files in Frontpage, but you cannot view the page or site in a browser. The browser either says that the page is not found or permission is denied.
Solution:
- In Frontpage, Open Web and enter the URL for the site.
- After logging in using Active Directory credentials, highlight the top folder for the web site.
- Right-click on the top folder and go to Properties.
- On the General Tab, put a check in the check box next to "Allow Files to be Browsed."
