Affiliate Service Request
Departmental or individual sponsors can request JMU services, such as an email address or JACard, for an affiliate.

Exchange Service Requests
Create a shared (departmental) mailbox or shared calendar
Create a distribution group
Create a resource - room, vehicle, or equipment
Change the ownership - of a shared mailbox (departmental), shared calendar or resource
Create Exchange account for student employee(s) - for student employees that need access to a shared department resource (mailbox/calendar) and/or staff calendars to do their work and/or or deal with "private" JMU/departmental information
