Handling and Reporting E-mail Problems and Abuse

General requests for help should go the the Help Request Form or email to the JMU Helpdesk.

Abusive messages should be forwarded to abuse@jmu.edu. If the message is threatening or causes you to fear for your life, safety, or property, contact law enforcement.

E-mail messages are tracked through the mail headers that are not normally displayed. To view these headers, follow the instructions here.
