To request setup and installation of computers, printers, Palm devices (PDAs) and Treos (Smartphones) via an online web form click here.

You will need to authenticate with your e-ID and password. After submitting your request, you will be contacted within 24 business hours to verify the information you provided and to setup an appointment for the requested service to be performed.
