Application Infrastructure Support
Our goal is to have all databases available for daily weekday use from 7AM to 7PM at a minimum. Outside of these hours, and on
weekends, it is possible that a database could be unavailable due to required maintenance; however there will always be an alert
posted to computing alerts if there is planned or unplanned database unavailability.
If you are having trouble accessing a database, please check the computing alerts page to determine when you can expect your database to become available. You may also contact the HelpDesk.
To monitor instance status, SA/e-campus, and HRMS/J-Ess access counts, please use the following links. You will be required to enter you e-ID and password.
