The Individual Events Team is
a speech team and/or forensics team. We are an academic organization
sponsored by the Communication Studies Department. The IE team travels
to various universities and competes in speech related events. Each
person competes individually; however, the team's rank is based upon the
performance of all team members.

The team meets every Tuesday
night at 6:30 p.m. in our newly renovated team room in Harrison Hall on
the Quad. During weeks that we will be competing, we tend to have
Thursday night practice sessions. |

out more, e-mail either Lee Mayfield (Director) or Laura Keimig
(Assistant Director) and let us know that you are interested. We will
then be able to inform you of team meetings and upcoming events.
