CommonHealth is excited to offer Health Checks again for faculty and staff members in 2007.  Health Checks are available to all employees, retirees, spouses and dependents (over the age of 18) at NO COST!!

The Health Checks include

Cholesterol, HDL and Glucose (Immediate results, no fasting required, fingerstick method)

Blood Pressure

Lifestyle Questionnaire
