The Career Development Academy: An adult learning center at James Madison University
Originally established in 2005 to meet the educational and career needs of immigrant language learners, the Career Development Academy now serves all adults with a pathway to a high school diploma, a transition to work or college, and a tool to improve economic and career prospects.
With the External Diploma Program (EDP) addition, CDA is poised to offer all adult members of the Harrisonburg City - Rockingham County area a valuable and flexible pathway to a high school diploma and career development.
