Exceptional Education's Lending Library

 

 

Welcome to the Exceptional Education Lending Library!

 

The lending library was created by the Department of Exceptional Education with support from the Super Duper Company. The purpose of the lending library is to allow pre-service and in-service teachers to have access to a variety of materials without having to purchase them. These materials include manipulatives, games, activities, and other hands on tools for Math, Reading, Written Language, Social Skills, and Communication. An individual may borrow items from the lending library for 2 weeks at a time.  All the materials available through the lending library can be seen and accessed using the links and procedures listed below:

 

Procedures:

  1. Use the link provided to view the materials in the library
  2. Once you have located an item you wish to borrow write down the category and number.
  3. Contact the department graduate assistant using the following e-mail address 
  4. In the email list your name, school name (for in-service teachers), date you need the material, and the material name, category, and number. If you need more than 1 set of an item please indicate that as well.
  5. The graduate student will collect the materials and send you an e-mail letting you know it is ready to be picked-up.
