  1. I cannot download software or install a peripheral.  The message is that I need admin rights.
    • You will need to setup your admin account, which is your JMU eid with an "x" on the end.  Since this involves password information, please contact COE technical support at 540-568-3569 or the Information Technology Help Desk at 540-568-3555 for assistance.
  2. When I access email from home or on business through Outlook Web Access (OWA) the messages are threaded similar to a chat.  I do not like this because it is hard to view.
    • You can change this back to normal viewing.  Go to "Arrange By: Date"  located above your mail inbox.  Click on the down arrow next to "date".  At the bottom is a box that says "Conversation".  Uncheck this box.
