International Student Teaching

As of spring 2010, candidates student teaching through the James Madison Teacher Education programs have the opportunity to apply to student teach at an international location with their program's approval.  Through our partnership with Educators Abroad (, candidates are afforded the opportunity to student teach in one of over fifty countries.

Applications for International Student Teaching are a multi-stepped process, which includes being accepted by your program and Educators Abroad.
