I am originally from this area, graduated from Spotswood High School and earned my degree in Pastoral Studies locally and in Pensacola, Florida. After spending several years at home as “Mommy” to my boys Hezekiah and Judah, I have returned to the JMU community. I previously worked on campus in Financial Aid. I enjoy working at JMU and in the higher education environment. I am especially excited to work in this department because of my boys ages and seeing all the joys and challenges that come with early education and reading education.
In my “down” time, my husband Matt and I serve at our church as youth pastors for past 12 years. We enjoy having fun with our ‘kids’ and being silly as much as possible. I love spending time with my family, traveling with my husband to historical sites is a favorite past time, we love watching Hezekiah play on his little league team and seeing Judah discover the world in his own way!
