Students are responsible for attending mandatory program and licensure meetings,
as well as submitting required paperwork by published deadlines.

at the following University sites. See your advisor if you have questions.

APPLICATION TO TEACHER EDUCATION
Visit the Education Support Center for detailed steps of the
Teacher Education Program application process.
GRADUATION APPLICATION
Are you an undergraduate graduating in May 2010? Applications for graduation are due October 15. Pick up an application from the Registrar's Office and follow instructions on the Graduation Checklist (Registrar's Office site).
Are you a graduate student completing degree requirements in December 2009? Applications for graduation are due October 2. Refer to the Degree Completion page on the Graduate School site. The deadline for graduate students completing degree requirements in May 2010 is January 22.
APPLICATION FOR TEACHER LICENSURE
Students will receive information related to licensure during their student teaching semester. Refer to the Steps to Licensure on the Education Support Center's site.

ORIENTATION/INFORMATION MEETINGS
If you are interested in declaring the Birth-3rd Grade Inclusive or PreK-6th Grade licensure programs you must attend one of the following scheduled meetings (freshmen who attended the 8/22 meeting do not need to come).

Prior to attending the orientation/information meeting, you MUST complete the INTENT TO APPLY FORM and bring it with you to the session. Also, look up your SAT or ACT scores and print your unofficial transcript from your Student Center on ecampus. This information is found in the drop down box titled Other Academic.
