APPLICATION FOR TEACHER LICENSURE
Students will receive information related to licensure during their student teaching semester. Refer to the Steps to Licensure on the Education Support Center's site.

ORIENTATION/INFORMATION MEETINGS
If you are interested in declaring the Birth-3rd Grade Inclusive or PreK-6th Grade licensure programs you must attend an orientation meeting. Prior to attending the orientation/information meeting, you MUST complete the INTENT TO APPLY FORM and bring it with you to the session. Also, look up your SAT or ACT scores and print your unofficial transcript from your Student Center on MyMadison. This information is found in the drop down box titled Other Academic.
If you cannot attend one of these sessions, email Dr. Martha Ross to schedule an appointment.
