Over one hundred twenty works of 2- and 3-dimensional art created by area PreK-12 students comprise the 2011 exhibition, featuring the work of Rockingham County Public Schools and the JMU Young Children's Program. The 2011 gallery includes a wide range of media: paintings, drawings, sculpture, photography, collage, and mixed media. New in 2011 are pieces that address the University's mission of supporting environmental stewardship and sustainability. Fifteen pieces of art are created from recycled items or materials from sustainable sources. The exhibit was made possible with the support of the following: Office of the Dean, College of Education, and the Institute for Stewardship of the Natural World.
