Eligibility Requirements

• It is intended that this endowment be used to provide funds annually to one or more outstanding undergraduate student scholars who demonstrate both 
  • High academic achievement and
  • Financial need, with financial need being the paramount criterion, 
• With the selection of student scholar(s) to be determined at the discretion of the Dean for The College of Business.
• As long as the selected student(s) continue to meet the eligibility requirements for this Scholarship, it may be renewed for up to three additional academic years. 
• Beyond these criteria, the appointment of a student to this Scholarship shall follow the University's guidelines for the awarding of scholarships. 
• To be considered for the Robert D. Reid Endowed Scholarship for the College of Business Scholarship, an applicant must satisfy the specified conditions listed above. 

Special application requirements

• This scholarship specifies a “need component”. To be eligible you MUST HAVE A CURRENT FAFSA on-file with the James Madison University Office of Financial Aid.
