Mert Tokman (Ph.D., Manderson Graduate School of Business, University of Alabama , MBA, University of Arkansas - LR, B.B.A., Business Administration, University of Istanbul ) is an Assistant Professor of Marketing in the College of Business at James Madison University . He teaches Business Marketing and Sales Management.

For five years before entering academe, Dr. Tokman worked in the marketing research industry for such corporations like Entergy and Taylor Nelson Sofres as a customer satisfaction and loyalty consultant.

His research interests include business-to-business relationship marketing, distribution channel management, and supply chain networks. He has published articles in
