The opportunity to build relationships with JMU students, particularly COB students is a great privilege for me. The combination of my full-time role in university administration and my part-time teaching responsibilities make JMU a very fulfilling place for me to work.

Experience:
I am currently the Assistant Vice President for University Planning and Analysis. I am also working with the President's office to explore new innovation models for JMU. Privately, I work as a consultant in the areas of strategic management, leadership, training, and conflict resolution.
