  • Co-Director and Co- Founder of  the CyberCity Summer Program, honors include:
    • Technology summer program for underrepresented middle and high school students  from Virginia and regionally
    • The CyberCity Technology Summer Program at James Madison University received one of four 2008 ABET President’s Awards for Diversity from the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology. ABET is the most highly regarded Engineer and Technical Society in America.
    • The summer program has also been recognized twice by the Shenandoah Valley Technology Council and received the Innovation in Higher Education Award in 2009.
