Our Mission Statement

The mission of the Gilliam Center for Free Enterprise and Ethical Leadership is to foster, develop, and assist current and future business leaders in creating and improving ethical, effective, and sustainable organizational cultures and decision-making climates through curriculum development, knowledge accumulation and dissemination activities, and provision of resources. 

Core issues that help characterize the Center's overall mission and activities include ethics, morality, leadership, followership, stewardship, holistic trust, integrity, generativity, loyalty, reputational capital, executive wisdom, corporate social responsibility (CSR), long-term sustainability, social entrepreneurship, and organizational effectiveness.
