Robert W. (Bob) Kolodinsky is Director of the Gilliam Center for Ethical Business Leadership and a member of the Management Department at James Madison University . He received his Ph.D. in business administration (OB / HRM) from Florida State University . Bob's research interests are in business ethics, corporate social responsibility, workplace values and wisdom, social influence and leadership effectiveness, and quality of work-life issues. He is an author of articles published in such journals as Journal of Management, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Human Relations, Journal of Business Ethics, and Journal of Business and Psychology. Bob is a three-time small business owner and a small business founder.
