Net Impact

Net Impact is an international nonprofit organization with a mission to inspire, educate and equip individuals to use the power of business to create a more socially and environmentally sustainable world.

Net Impact focuses on three broad areas:

      *Corporate Social Responsibility

      *Environmental Sustainability

      *Social Entrepreneurship.

Net Impact Hybrid Chapter holds regular discussion-based member meetings, hosts engaging guest speakers and documentary presentations, participates in community service events, and supports other programs hosted by the Center for Entrepreneurship and the Gilliam Center for Free Enterprise and Ethical Leadership, such as the annual JMU Challenge.

We also support the Green Impact Campaign by training members to perform energy audits for local businesses and are developing thermal imaging analysis initiatives. The JMU Net Impact Hybrid Chapter is open to both graduate and undergraduate students, as well as faculty and staff.
