Objectives

Develop ways to increase and enhance diversity within the College of Business by planning events and programs that:

  • Attract under-represented students to the College of Business by informing them of opportunities and potential career paths within the college
  • Help under-represented students throughout the process of pursuing and completing a major within the College of Business
  • Encourage active involvement in College of Business student organizations to provide opportunities for development and future success post-graduation
  • Promote general awareness and understanding of the increasing importance of diversity in the business world

 

A collaborative effort

To fulfill our objectives, it is imperative that we develop relationships with various organizations, student-leaders, faculty and administration, both within the College of Business and university wide.
