Main responsibilities and achievements:

Dan Church Aid (DCA)  ( Jasmar 1) Demining Team leader from February 2003 to August 2007 Sudan / South Kordofan.                                                                                                                                              

        Responsible for JASMAR 1 Demining Team as Team Leader under International TA from 10/03/2003 to 20/05/2005 when I did accredited from UNMAO as National supervisor during this period we cleared several of mine fields in Sudan south Kordofan .            

        Responsible for the control and marking out of the mine clearance site and the daily check for tempering.

         Giving a detailed safety brief at the beginning of each working day.

        Supervising Detector calibration every morning of each working day.

        Keeps the daily log up to date.

         Carrying out Demolitions under the international technical advice.

        Carrying out CASEVAC practice drills at least once per month. (enter exercise into the daily log)

         Quality Control/

         Liaise with local authorities (i.e. Police, Hospital, UN, Civil Defense)

        Handling, Transportation and Storage of Explosives.

         Investigating all Mines and UXO finds and taking appropriate action.

Responsible on behalf of the Organization and the client or donor for the quality of all demining work undertaken by the company in the area of responsibility.                                                                                              

Ensure the accreditation of the operations of the Organization with the local or UN mine action authority in the area of responsibility.                                                                                                                     

Producing Clearance Plans (Implementation Plans) according to tasks issued to the company by the mine action authority in the area of responsibility.                                                                                                        

Produce in consultation with the DCA Operation manger Field Budgets for Deming Team (Sites) and ensure that they are compiled to.                                                                                                                            

Administration of Demining Teams (Sites) including accommodations, leave rotations and travelling, deployments, vehicle and equipment maintenance and repairs, national staff salaries and staff discipline.

        Under my responsibility as FPDO TOM the organization have one MCT team done land release activity in Sudan (Gadarif state & Kassala State) the team trained by me and done accreditation by NMAC my main responsibility is:-                                 

        Responsible for all aspects of  FPDO mine action related activities carried out by staff under my supervision and control                                                                                                                                     

        Oversee and coordinate the implementation, execution and completion of all FPDO mine action related operations                                                                                                                                                

        The maintenance, revision and updating of the Standard Working Procedures

        Conduct routine on-site QA of Mine Action Organization operations (for monitoring and post clearance inspections)                                                                                                                                             

        Responsible for planning and conduct training of FPDO MCT1 team

        Ensure all operation paper work done correctly according to IMAS standard

        SOD (Sibro Organization for Development-Sudan) Mine Action Operation Manger from October 2014 up to June 2015 Sudan Darfur states.                                                                                                                           

        Under my responsibility as SOD OM the organization has three N-MTT (National Multi

        Tasking Team) and tow MRE (Mine risk education team) all this teams working in Sudan

        UNAMID ODO in Sudan Darfur regain, my main responsibility is:-

        Negotiating with government departments, appropriate NGOs and commercial concerns concerning operations.                                                                                                                                                     

        Logistics planning, administrative and financial control of EOD, GMAA, BAC and Stockpile destruction operations.                                                                                                                                             

        Attend coordination and planning meetings as required.

        Maintenance of communications in areas of responsibility for; MEDEVAC, operational

        Control of work force, appropriate local authorities (including UNAMID and commercial concerns) and with head office.                                                                                                                                        

        Provide the daily and weekly progress reports and other relevant IMSMA forms to the head office and UNAMID ODO.                                                                                                                                              

        Drafting of the implementation plan according to the SOP.

        Responsible for the amendments of the SOP to come in line with the NTSG (Sudan National Standard Guide).                                                                                                                                                     

        Implementation of safety standards and procedures according to the SOD SOP

        Assigning duties to all Team Leaders in the field and ensuring that they carry out their duties diligently at their sites, maintaining a record of QA inspections and compiling a task dossier, to show records of all sites inspections and other activities.

        Supervise FPDO MTT1 operations in accordance with and Sudan National Mine Action Center (NMAC) /client.
