Oversaw a cross functional team comprising of 37 personnel with a $110 million annual budget responsible for coordinating, assessing, and evaluating DoD capabilities and programs to predicts and understand improvised weapons and other disruptive technologies in regions of instability and conflict.

                Forged collaboration across an interagency team to develop concepts and capabilities such as the IED Lexicon which was adopted by NATO and the United Nations.

Institutionalized and integrated concepts with International Partners (Colombia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Canada, United Kingdom, and NATO) through the development of doctrinal concepts resulting in the development of the Handbook and updates to eleven doctrinal publications.

Spearheaded the development of a Security Cooperation Assessment Guide to assist international partners such as Pakistan, Colombia, and Afghanistan in the development and promote regional stability and reduce the proliferation of weapons.

Collaborated with the FBI and ATF to develop a Science and Technology program enhancing DoD

capabilities to forensically exploit improvised weapons.
