Social Work
The Department of Social Work strives to prepare students to become responsible and responsive citizens in their personal community and professional lives. It offers a program, accredited by the Council on Social Work Education, which leads to the B.S.W. degree. In addition, the department offers minors in family issues and human services, and a minor in gerontology that can lead to a certificate in gerontology.
