Ms. Thompson has been with James Madison University since 1986. She started in the JMU Foundation, Inc. while completing her bachelor's degree. After graduation, she left JMU in 1996 and worked as Budget Director/Clerk of the Board for Page County Public Schools. She returned to JMU in 1997 and has been working for the CISAT Dean's Office since April 1999.
Ms. Thompson serves as building coordinator for the ISAT/CS and HHS buildings and is in charge of room scheduling. She works with departments campus-wide to assign space within ISAT/CS and HHS for courses as well as special meetings and events.
