Scholarship Institutes
Scholarship Institutes provide faculty extended, immersive experiences in envisioning, designing, inquiring, analyzing, producing, and publishing scholarship and research. Institutes range from half-day options to multi-day events, allowing for more opportunities for engagement and disciplined inquiry. They are facilitated by faculty mentors and consultants with expertise in scholarship and research and offer participants opportunities to deepen and enrich their networks, skills, productivity, and agendas.
The CFI currently offers the following type of Scholarship Institutes:
Scholarship Institutes are designed for faculty to make progress towards the following outcomes:
- Experience pedagogy appropriate to the session; and
- Have the opportunity to actively apply the session content.
