Step I: Participate in the Core Workshop
Experience the core workshop as a participant with other faculty. You will gain a perspective of your own multicultural competency while observing the workshop format and effective skills of trained faculty facilitators. Faculty may exit the program at this point or continue with Step II.

Step II: Co-facilitate
Work with a trained facilitator to co-lead the small group component of Step I (BMCW). After this session, you will meet and reflect on this experience with other Step II faculty and facilitators.

Step III: Plan and Facilitate
Newly trained faculty facilitators participate in planning meetings and facilitate a small group during the workshop experience.
Dates: TBD
Step IV: Apply
Now you have the opportunity to apply the experiences gained from this professional development program to your career. You might weave this into your scholarly endeavors or this might become an integral part of your teaching. Or, you may have your own ideas as to how to incorporate this experience into your academic career. We encourage your work and are here to help support your endeavors.
