James Madison University Center for Faculty Innovation

Graduate Research Fellows

Description

The Graduate Research Fellows Program provides an opportunity for a select group of graduate students to share and enhance their new and ongoing research through discussions with students from other programs across JMU. Exposure to a range of disciplines and methodologies fosters innovation, intellectual debate, and cross-fertilization. Thus Graduate Fellows meet twice monthly to share their research ideas and provide feedback to others over the course of a semester. The result of this collaborative process are shared at a reception for the Fellows, CFI staff, faculty, and the Graduate School's administration during finals week.
