Using Data to Guide Departmental Planning

What data do you need to make departmental decisions? Do you know where to find relevant data at JMU? How does your departmental data fit into the larger picture of data collection and analysis at JMU? Join other academic unit leaders at the October Leadership Circle designed to promote networking, dialogue, and sharing among JMU academic unit leaders. As a result of participating in the summer 2006 American Council on Education professional development for department heads, four JMU unit leaders will share information and facilitate sharing of practical ideas related to data collection and usage.
