The American Council on Education’s unique workshops for division and department chairs and deans are specifically designed to focus on departmental leadership. These workshops seek to support the development of the chair as an academic leader with the department and within the institution as a whole. This year the workshops will be offered in June in Washington, DC. In the past the CFI has worked with the Provost to send a team of Unit Heads to this workshop. We would like to continue this program by creating a new team of unit heads interested in this year’s conference topics (Program Content).
