Individual Consultations

1:00 - 4:00 pm: Individual consultations are available in 30-minute increments

East Campus Library 3rd Floor Flexible Space

 

Do you need some immediate, one-on-one feedback regarding one or aspects of your research project?  All week, a variety of consultants from multiple Colleges and departments will be on hand to assist faculty with topics such as:       

  • Writing and editing
  • Doing a literature review
  • Working in research databases (e.g., PSYCInfo, SCOPUS)
  • Choosing a research design
  • Forming questions and hypotheses
  • Designing a survey
  • Analyzing statistical data
  • Analyzing qualitative narratives
  • Publishing in peer-reviewed journals
  • Finding and/or managing grants
  • Mastering SPSS, NVivo or Qualtrics
  • Navigating the Institutional Review Board process
  • Jump starting a SoTL (scholarship of teaching and learning) project
  • And much, much more!

Consultations will be scheduled in advance of January Symposium on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please click the link below; we will evaluate your needs and schedule a mutually convenient appointment with one or more of our faculty consultants.  All appointments will meet in the third floor flexible space of the East Campus Library.
