Join the CFI and your fellow graduate students for the best way to prepare for the coming school year: the annual Graduate Student Colloquium! Held the week before fall classes begin, this experience is designed to acquaint all graduate students with academic and professional development opportunities specifically tailored to JMU's graduate student population and allow students to interact with others from across all disciplines, as well as select JMU administrators, faculty, and staff. In addition to offering networking opportunities and workshops related to teaching, research, and career development, the GSC also highlights research done by some of JMU's graduate students.
The Celebration of Graduate Research, a catered reception, during which you have the opportunity to present your own research and listen to that of other JMU students, caps off this exciting opportunity!
