The Graduate Student Colloquium is a yearly event offered each August for all new and continuing JMU graduate students. This full day experience is designed to acquaint all graduate students with professional development opportunities available for graduate students at JMU and allow graduate students to interact with select JMU administrators, faculty, and staff. In addition, the GSC offers timely workshops and sessions related to teaching, research, and career development. The GSC highlights graduate student research allowing graduate students to build and strengthen professional networks. Come meet your graduate student colleagues, explore way to get the most out of your graduate experience, and get energized about teaching and learning at JMU.
