Dr. Noorie Brantmeier is an Assistant Professor in the Learning, Technology and Leadership Education Department in the College of Education. Noorie received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Bloomington, her master’s in social work from Washington University in St. Louis, and her Ph.D from Colorado State University. Noorie has taught courses in research methods, Native American Studies/Ethnic Studies, women's studies, and social work. Much of Noorie’s professional work as an evaluator and academic work have utilized qualitative and mixed research methods. Her scholarship interests include measuring attitudinal change in diversity courses, mixed research methods in the scholarship of teaching and learning, community development with Native American communities, and using technology in research methods.
