Workshops
Workshops offer faculty introductory experiences in the foundational components of comprehensive career planning and evidence-based documentation of faculty effectiveness. Activities are facilitated by faculty or guest speakers with expertise in career development and offer participants opportunities to apply new ideas to career planning and development.
Career Development Workshops are designed for faculty to make progress toward the following outcomes:
- Experience pedagogy appropriate to the session; and
- Have the opportunity to actively apply the session content to some aspect(s) of their careers.
